Regular orders take 2-3 business days to process before they're shipped

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and tracking is provided by Hermes. 

Orders placed before 5PM have priority. 

Please note that this is a heavy box.

Palace Packages Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. 

For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.
