Answer: No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

Question: May I cancel my order?

Answer: If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service email: [email protected] with your order #, for assistance. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be cancelled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.

Question: What if I'm ordering a package as a gift? 

Answer: Once you have placed your order, please contact us with information which you would like written on a personalised note which will be placed in the box and sent to your loved one. 

Question: Can I specify what I would like in my package? 

Answer: We have carefully selected a range of items for each package, ensuring high value, affordable products. We are limited in how we can personalise boxes, but contact us with our enquiry and we will work with you to do what we can. 

Question: Are the packages only for girls?

Answer: Heck no! Our packages are for people who want to have an amazing experience at home! Don’t let the pastel colours fool you ;)

Question: How are you ensuring you’re following Covid standard health regulations?

Answer: As a company, we are very conscientious in ensuring we are following all health regulations. To minimize the number of people in contact with the boxes, one of our team has been designated to handle packaging of each box. We wash and sanitize our hands before, during and after packaging the boxes and we use latex gloves.

Question: I don’t drink alcohol, can i still purchase the Quarantini Box?

Answer: Of course you can! Our Quarantini Kit comes with all the ingredients to make the perfect mocktail.
